CLUB REOPENS MAY 16 || SAFETY PROCEDURES

We are so excited to reopen our courts this Saturday, May 16!! 
We will begin taking reservations this Wednesday from 9am-2pm by phone at the Front Desk, and on the Kourts app. We will also be taking calls at the Front Desk Thursday and Friday 11am-2pm. Until further notice, our updated Club hours are 9am - 5pm, everyday, beginning May 16. 

Unfortunately we cannot go back to our “normal" just yet, so we have implemented plenty of safety guidelines (outlined below). Most importantly we are counting on everyone to self-regulate and use their best judgement. 

SAFETY GUIDELINES & PROTOCOL 

• All MRC employees will wear masks, gloves, and have their temperatures taken at the start of each shift.

• All surfaces and restrooms will be wiped down frequently with disinfectant.  We have added acrylic sneeze guards along our Front Desk. 

• Several new hand sanitizing stations have been added throughout the Clubhouse.Each court will have a bottle of hand sanitizer. 

• Buffer of ideally 15 minutes between court reservations. 

• Singles only.

• One hour of play maximum.

• Instruction limited to private and semi-private lessons with maximum of two students.

• Our gym and showers remain closed until further notice. 

• Sparrow Cafe will be take-out only until further notice. 

• We kindly ask that you wear masks anytime you’re entering the building, and adhere to county and state policies including 6 ft. of distancing. 

• Signing of our COVID-19 WAIVER is required to play.

This is still a situation we are monitoring day by day, and our priority is to keep everyone safe. We thank you in advance for understanding. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any and all questions.
