Trey Waltke

Trey has been involved in every aspect of the tennis world for over 40 years. During his 9 year professional playing career, he defeated four #1 players John McEnroe, Jimmy Connors, Stan Smith, Ilie Nastase and was consistently ranked in the world’s top 50. He also won the World Team Tennis Mixed doubles with Billie Jean King. In 1984 he started Reebok’s Tennis Division. In the early 90’s, he founded a 10 store chain of espresso bars called Arrosto Coffee Company. From 2000-2004 he ran the prestigious Los Angeles Tennis Club. Trey is currently the GM of the Malibu Racquet Club. He thoroughly loves Malibu and intends to continue to make the club in to one of the nation’s top tennis destinations.

Hollis Cadenhead

Hollis began working at the Malibu Racquet Club in the spring of 2006. Since the purchase of the Club in 2007 she has played an instrumental role in the design and direction of the Club and most recently the restaurant. As a southern California native Hollis understands Malibu style and culture, which is reflected in the modern concept of the Club. She is a proud wife and mother to two daughters, and is thrilled to combine her love of tennis and design in a place as unique and special as the Malibu Racquet Club.

Erik Blackmore

A native of Southern California and graduate Pepperdine University, Erik Blackmore has been living in the Malibu area for the last 16 years. Erik has a sound understanding of Malibu’s past, present and future and continues to bridge that understanding with the Malibu Racquet Club’s mission. Erik’s philosophy of work hard and play hard continues to be his greatest asset in successfully operating the Malibu Racquet Club. A dedicated individual with extensive knowledge in Club Management, Erik is desperately working on his ball feeding and is excited about making Malibu Racquet Club one of the nation’s top tennis destinations.
